Monday, AGAIN?!

Oh Monday, we meet once again. Our weather is changing (AGAIN!), and as such the winds picked up immensely. So today was a two-outfit kind of day (I secretly love it…I would love to change 3-4 times a day! I know.)

I started in this:

  1. Dress: Kate Spade
  2. Belt: Anthropologie
  3. Shoes: Kate Spade
  4. Necklace: Kohls

And I changed into this, which I chose as it’s our school colors and tonight was the team meeting for fall sports!

  1. Dress: Kate Spade
  2. Shoes: Christian Louboutin
  3. Handbag: Eugene (by Kate Spade of course)

Yes, I took Eugene tonight, and the best part? My husband ended up with him! My husband is the best at that, always carrying around my stuff. I think he secretly has as much fun with the snail as I did.

Did you know I’m having a blog sale? Proceeds will go to charity. Blog Sale I also have some items listed elsewhere, but the pricing is the same across the board. I recently donated a huge pile of clothing, but decided to keep a few things to sell and donate the proceeds to a worthy cause, Skip1, who builds kitchens and feeds people all over the world. I met Shelene a few weeks back and she really touched me. I have excess…time to spread it around just a bit!

Until next time,

Jules

Giveaway & Blog Sale

Two quick things this lovely Sunday morning.

1. Giveaway. Ends tonight! All comments on my post must be posted by 11:59pm PST tonight. Any any email entries must be received by then. https://katespadegirl.wordpress.com/2012/07/04/happy-4th-of-july/

2. Blog Sale. I will keep this up until sometime this week, and then I will probably be looking to ebay everything and/or sell privately on another site. Make offers, I would love to see everything go to good homes! It’s wasting away and collecting dust, unloved in the vortex of my closet.  https://katespadegirl.wordpress.com/2012/07/04/blog-sale-2/

And I believe that will be all today. We are working around the house & yard, I have piles of laundry and housework to catch up on, etc etc. The joys of being a wife, mother, and custodian of a rather large house.

Until next time,

Jules

What I’m Wearing

I actually threw this on last might to go to a school thing (sans cardigan, it was HOT last night!!!), and well, I liked it enough to wear it all day today!

20120530-071228.jpg

The Rundown:
Cardigan: Old Navy (have this is 3 colors)
Dress: Nanette Lepore, off eBay
Shoes: Jimmy Choo flats, off eBay ($30!)
Brooch(on dress): Vintage
Necklace: Kohls (major sale!! Under $10)
Handbag: Bally, swapped for this

And it’s another crazy day! The last 7-8 days of school, it’s insane. Especially when you have 4 in essentially 4 different schools! And trying to keep my oldest on track for finals next week is next to impossible with the younger 3 having a 8-day long party going on! (well, 4 days for one, as she gets out before the boys)

Eeks!

Don’t forget my blog sale. Make me offers.

Until next time,

Jules

Blog Sale!! Prices reduced!

Upcoming Blog Sale

I mentioned doing this a few weeks back, having a blog sale. I’ve been super swamped with my business the past few weeks, so it hasn’t happened. I’ve been slowly attempting to prepare for it though!!

So, that said, I’m about ready to post everything. I’m waiting on something from the cleaners (tomorrow!), and then I’ll start it.

Some guidelines.

1. US only please. (however, I’m not opposed to exceptions, please email me if you are really wanting something)

2. Prices will include shipping. Either First-Class or Priority Mail. (it will depend on the size/shape/weight)

3. No returns. Please know your size before!! Everything will be “as-is”, and I will notate any flaws. (mainly on shoes)

4. PayPal (I will invoice you) only please.

I have various brands, Kate Spade, Prada, Nanette Lepore, Tracy Reese, Cynthia Steffie, Jimmy Choo, etc.

I don’t know if anyone will be interested, but I figured I would offer to my readers before dealing with eBay! I wish we had a good consignment store, but the one where I live sells mainly Forever 21, Rampage, Target, and Charlotte Russe. Their shoe selection, well, sigh. Sadly I was told My Kate Spade pieces weren’t anything “good”, they wouldn’t even take them as a donation! I did score at their “warehouse sale”, a few couture pieces for under $5. So random!!! (and fabulous gifts for special people this year!)

I will keep my items priced reasonable. A few are new, so I’ll just be looking to recoup cost.

Until next time,

Jules

Giveaway Update

Well, looks like as of RIGHT NOW, I have 80 entries. 20 shy of 100.

However, I will keep it open until Midnight, PST (my time), and IF there are 20 more entires by then (from commenting, liking, re-blogging, sharing on facebook, emailing me), I will add in a really adorable pair of kitten-heel Kate Spade yellow & white sz39 pointy-toe shoes. (they fit like a true 9, hence why they are in my go bye-bye pile)

NOW, if you win, and you are not a sz39 in Kate Spade shoes, I have some other Kate Spade items that I will let you choose from that are in the “bye bye” or “ebay” pile. And then perhaps I’ll put the shoes up as a blog sale post (something I am seriously considering doing. I really dislike selling on ebay!!) along with some other Kate Spade items. (eeks! hard to part with!! But I am trying to make an attempt to streamline my clothing addiction)

20 more entries!

Until next time,

Jules
