Fashion, Food, Desserts, being a 30-something mom is exciting!

Merry Christmas

As the evening ends, just a quick note to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! I’ve been trying to keep up some outfit posts on Instagram, however due to some personal health challenges, I have spent many a day in my PJ’s lately! However I did throw together a beautifully dressed Christmas spread….even if I just had PJ’s on all day!

Christmas dinner & desserts:

Christmas breakfast (complete with chaos in the background!)

Christmas Eve we did “small bites”, as my kids had been with my parents at other gatherings I was unable to attend:

All in all, a good feed was had by all! Oh and in Troll News, Rocky bought Roxy a Christmas gift:

I know, I’m so ridiculous! And some recent outfits:

Pants! It’s been unseasonably chilly out here in SoCal (our local mountains are covered in beautiful snow!), and some days, pants are the only option! Especially those windy rainy days!

Here’s to the end of 2016, and the beginning of 2017, which I hope continues on a good upswing! Just maybe give me a few more hours in my day, please!

Until next time,

Jules

    • Thank you! And yes, those fruit tarts were quite possibly the best thing I’ve made ever. Or rather the easiest thing that tasted amazing for the lack of effort!

I bought the little cups pre-made and just sweetened cream cheese and added almond flavoring and tossed some berries on top. The chocolate ones were just chocolate ganache left over from all the Macarons.

Happy Holidays to you as well!

I always admire how you are able to pull off the most put together looks while baking up a storm & printing up menus for the family no less! Hope your Christmas was wonderful & wishing you a healthy, happy New Year full of all those extra hours you keep asking for!
