Well, when one has crazy schedules, one tends to forget one has a blog. OOPS! Anyway, it was a busy Labor Day weekend, to say the least!
Saturday I didn’t really snap any outfit photos, as we were moving my grandmother. However, I did get to make a little stop at the Desert Hills outlet, and picked up this adorable little item:
Isn’t it the cutest?! They have a Bon Shopper bag in a pretzel print too! I love that it also fits my cell phone. With some of my neck problems, it’s nice to have days where I can have just a tiny purse.
Sunday was a trek to the apple store to have my phone glass replaced (it was lifting, luckily they covered it under the warranty!). I wore this:
Blouse: Nanette Lepore (way old)
Skirt: Kate Spade
Shoes: Jimmy Choo strassed in Jonquil
Monday was a day of house project-related errands and not a very cute ensemble. So I didn’t take a photo. Trust me, you didn’t miss much. Tuesday however, now Tuesday was a fun day!
Dress: Kate Spade Lyric
Shoes: Christian Louboutin flats Strassed in Green Tourmaline
Handbag: Kate Spade Via Limoni Lina
I went to a fun little event at Disneyland last night, where they shut the park down. I love Disneyland, and it was so fun to see people dressed up! A fun swing band:
The always surprising end of the Monsters Inc ride (you never know what Roz is going to say!)
The very empty esplanade as I was leaving:
And I managed to haul myself together this morning into something halfway presentable:
Dress: Kate Spade
Shoes: Jimmy Choo
Handbag: Kate Spade Wise Owl Quinn
A closer look at my newest pair of Strassed shoes:
I painted them nearly 6 months ago and never started the project. But last week I finally decided to start and finishes them by Monday. I love them! It’s a very subtle sparkle, just enough, without being TOO sparkly. Not that there is a thing as “TOO Sparkly”, but sometimes understated is a good thing.
Anyway, I imagine my blogging will be sporadic over the next month, I’m going to be in and out of town and running 15 places at once. But I do post on Instagram quite often! Happy September!
Until next time,
