Bought a mini pie maker and went to town making chicken pot pies:

And decorated (and baked the dessert!!) for my oldest sons AFJROTC Dining In formal event that happened earlier today (or maybe it should be me saying yesterday!! It’s almost Sunday anyway.

I used real linen and we just tossed up stuff I own to make the tables pretty. The theme was a 20’s gangster/jail break skit. Super cute!!

  1. I’ve been looking at your blog everyday since your last post. Looks like you’ve been busy. You’ll never guess what happened to me. When I was visiting my gma over near Seattle, WA, I always go to the KS outlet in Tulalip. The manger there loved what I was wearing so much and my KS bag, that I got offered to work there Black Friday and I did. I even got the employee discount and employee bangle they give to everyone. I’ll have to write a blog post about it and share it. I thought of you!

    • How fun!!! Kate Spade would be super fun to work at! Sadly the closest store is over an hour away from me! Perhaps one day when my kids are driving themselves places!!!

Looking forward to seeing your blog post about it!

oh, yeah well the KS outlet is acutally over 4 hours away from my house. I was just in town visiting when I got offered to work. The manager said I could even come back for Christmas break! But I’m not sure it will work out because I didn’t have a lot of time to plan for it. Hopefully I will be able to do it this summer!! Yes working at KS was a dream! Are there any other KS inspired blogs? I’ve seen Sandee Royalty and Diary of a Kate Spade lover, but that is it.
