Fashion, Food, Desserts, being a 30-something mom is exciting!

Navy & Green

Today I had a very full schedule, yet I still managed to find time to change twice!!!

I started this morning with this:

Cardigan: Banana Republic Cashmere cardigan (off eBay!)
Skirt: Banana Republic
Shoes: Montana Strass Christian Louboutin
Handbag: Kate Spade

And then to deliver pizza and cookie for the cross country team party, I changed into this (as the temperature had gone from 34 degrees to 76 degrees!)

Cardigan: from Ross
Skirt: Kate Spade
Shoes & Handbag: same

The cookies I made, salted chocolate chip and sugar cookies:

They were oh-so-yummy. About 50-ish kids devoured over 300 cookies!!! Tomorrow I will commence baking rainbow cupcakes for a friend of mine’s daughters birthday party. I am wondering when all this sugar and sweetness will rub off on my disposition!

Until next time,

Jules

    • Thanks! I may or may not have a slight, ahem, shopping problem. 🙂 In my defense, I mainly buy secondhand and have been curating my collection for many many years now. I do need to do a clean out though.

      • oh I know I do. But I switched to thrifting because it’s much more affordable (and Goodwill doesn’t take credit cards, LOL). I did a huge clean out of my shoes recently. It had to do mainly with my back and that I really can’t wear super high heels anymore. But that really helped me get rid of the dead weight (donated and sold half on my collection). Other than a few choice shoes, there’s no reason for me to hold onto like 30 pairs that I hardly wore.

      • Ooooo, goodwill where I live takes credit cards! *giggles* however, I use my debit card, as it’s easier to rerun things (their dressing rooms are WRETCHED!!)

I haven’t bought a brand new pair of shoes in ages. My husband however, he did buy me a pair of glitter Kate Spade Keds, but I can’t have them until Christmas! It’ll be the first new new pair in, oh boy, 3 years?! Even my wedding shoes were secondhand!!
