Fashion, Food, Desserts, being a 30-something mom is exciting!

It’s Friday!

As I sit here and await await another glorious sunrise, I am reminded how beautiful the world really is! I love this time of day, kids aren’t up yet, and it’s just so peaceful!!

Anyway, a semi recap of the past week. I didn’t manage to get photos everyday, it’s been overcast and lighting has been awful!!

Shoes: Jimmy Choo (but I ended up in my red sparkle flats)
Necklace: Vintage, Thrifted

Shoes: Christian Louboutin Simple 100’s
Handbag: Kate Spade Claire ($3!!)

Shoes: Miu Miu

On Sunday (those who follow me on Instagram probably saw the photos/video!!) I inherited a car full of Lycra fabrics (think bathing suit!), here’s some photos from THAT adventure!

My car:

My former music room now known as “fabric/costume land” (more on that below):

It then got REALLY out of hand on Wednesday! A friend of mine and I are on a committee for a huge event at church, and so have a large stash of costumes. All costumes now reside at my house.

Before cleanup:

And after I bought racks and organized, I not only neglected a photograph, I only took an Instagram video! So, I’m katespadegirlblog on Instagram. I’ll get photos later and post them. It looks like a mini costume shop. With a pile of crazy fabric on the other side!! But I can open my slider now.

Well, must be off. I’m so thankful it’s Friday!!

Until next time,

    • Hi! Thanks for stopping by!

I source my clothing, shoes, etc from various places. I tend to barter quite often as well as swap, and of course I’m a heavy second hand shopper! My advice is to just dive in and start looking! It IS time consuming though, and patience is required.
