Fashion, Food, Desserts, being a 30-something mom is exciting!

I Almost Died

This morning, is a miracle. It’s a miracle that I am sitting here waiting to drop off the baby at school, not to mention to be blogging.

Why you ask? Because I very nearly killed myself this morning! Note to self: Do Not Climb On Unstable Buckets In 4″ Heels. I needed a box this morning, so in true moi style, I hop on one of the 5-gallon sealed buckets (probably full of sugar or flour, since I buy both in 50-lb increments) and reach for the box of boxes.

Except I sorely misjudged the hop, especially in 4″ stilettos. oops Thankfully I survived with a sore hand and shoulder (I didn’t even run my stocking!!! I’m telling ya, these Calvin Klein nylons are the bomb!), which will be slightly remedied when I go to the chiropractor later this morning.

So, please join me in laughing at myself. I’m really quite a klutz, but I manage to hide it most of the time. This morning, well, lets just say I have many stories like that! Some haven’t had such a humorous ending however!

My outfit today:

And of course my Calvin Klein nylons!

Now after surviving a near death experience it is only fitting I enjoy a treat. So I present you, my breakfast!

Lemon Macarons & Vanilla Creme Earl Grey tea with cream (I’m not a big coffee person). Yummy!!!

Anyway, hope your Wednesday is fabulous. I’m going to go nurse my sore hand in a pile of lemon Macarons. Mmmmmm. They really did come out beautifully this time!

Until next time,

Jules
