Mmm, when I was in Hollywood last week we stopped at a lovely little bakery, 12 Centimeter. For French Macarons. Mmmmm. So delish! Even better? The owner was working that evening, and passed over some samples. A must-stop next time I’m in the neighborhood.
What’s left of my 10-piece box ($16.50):
I brought home: Lemon, Ice Mint (yummy!!!), Raspberry, Lavender (oh my goodness, it’s amazing!!), and Coffee. The sample we received was Shingo Sea Salt. It was very much like a sweet crew brûlée macaron. A little sweet for my taste, but delicious nonetheless. A lovely little gem located just on the outskirts of Koreantown in Los Angeles.
Today I popped out for a few:
Cardigan: Banana Republic
Pants: Banana Republic
Shoes: Strassed Christian Louboutin flats
Handbag: Kate Spade
It seems I have messed up my hip somehow, I’ve spent a lot of time laying down today in hopes it’s better in the morning. This cold weather + arthritis is not a fun combination! I often forget about my rheumatoid arthritis, but alas, it rears it’s ugly head when I’ve gotten to that point! Oh well. I won’t let it win, I vow to keep dressing cute and I will hobble along in heels as long as possible! I’ll be the lady in the electric cart with 4″ heels on. *grins*
Stay warm out there!
Until next time,
