I just realized I didn’t post yesterday! I got caught up with a client of mine and spaced it! Add on my children having half schools days this week, and frankly, I feel a little crazy!

Oh, and the weather is changing! It’s cold, windy and rainy today! Two days ago I was complaining about how hot it was. Oops. Well, I’m not complaining about the icky weather, it is November, and I would prefer a proper winter of sorts! We might get a light dust of snow tomorrow night.

So, yesterday, what I wore:

Cardigan: Banana Republic, $10-range (I wear this often, I’m loving green right now)
Blouse: Ann Taylor, under $10
Pants: Banana Republic (the only pants I usually wear. I must find a backup!)
Shoes: Christian Louboutin flats
Handbag: Kate Spade Maryann

Sorry about the bad quality photos. I take 95% of my photos with my phone, and I realize the quality isn’t that great. But I also blog from my phone. *le sigh* I am really trending towards an iPad in the near future!

I adore sparkly shoes. I want a pair in every color! I know, I have a sparkly little problem. If you want your own pair, but are too scared to DIY? Go see Joey over at Redo My Shoe . He’s witty, talented, and I’m excited for the pair he’s working on for me!

One last thing. A friend of mine from bible study started a really neat blog, The Sociable Chef . She collects recipes from the 150+ ladies who bring food for our Thursday mornings. It’s a great resource for different new things to try! I gave her one of mine today, I’ll share it here:

Gluten-Free Egg Puff

15 large eggs (I use exlrg)
1c half & half
2c shredded cheese
One red bell pepper, diced

Mix all ingredients, making sure the eggs are scrambled well. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.

Enjoy! I know it’s difficult to find an egg casserole without bread or some type of thickener. With so many gluten allergies these days, it’s always important to make sure we have something at the buffet for those who need it!

Okay, and I love the above dish! In fact, I made the kiddos their own little puffs this morning. I may or may not have snatched bites from each one. *grins*
