Green Envy

Yesterday I took a trip up to Big Bear to have a business meeting (yay for new ideas and planning!!), and to pick up items I left up there after a wedding last month. The weather was amazing!! (and we spent the whole time talking, I didn’t get any photographs! It was gorgeous too!!!)

Cardigan: Banana Republic Outlet (around $10)
Blouse: Nanette Lepore (3+ years old)
Skirt: Basil & Maude Florida Skirt (love this one!!!)
Shoes: Christian Louboutin Green flats (bought these to strass, but I love this color!!!)
Handbag: Kate Spade

And then today, I’m rockin’ a very odd outfit, but it’s fun and wild. I have an interesting day ahead, figured it was worth dressing fun to get through it!

Blouse: Target
Skirt: Kate Spade
Shoes: Nina Jellies, that I strassed in Preciosa Violet AB
Handbag: Coach

Another shot of my shoes:

And last night I whipped up Almond and Orange French Macarons for bible study tomorrow. I know, we have the craziest bible study! (I love it, all that food!!!!) mmmmm. I’ll have to take some pictures later.

Off and running. It’s going to be a hot one (ick), so I am excited to be out alot today, using other people’s air conditioning! (also known as me saying “it’s an OPAC day!!” lol)

Until next time,

I’m sure you have noticed, I seem to be obsessed with yellow lately! A few reasons, 1. My yellow bag has been handy (I need to clean out my handbag shelf, sort of a long story!), 2. I am loving my yellow pieces, and 3. My yellow crystal shoes.

I know. I have a problem!

Yesterday’s outfit to go out with my husband:

Cardigan: Banana Republic
Blouse: Target (which I later destroyed by splashing bleach on it! Oops!!! Glad it was only $5)
Shorts: Kate Spade
Shoes: Jimmy Choo strassed flats
Handbag: Kate Spade Maryann bag (and to think, I didn’t like this that much when I bought it!)

And then today:

Dress: Banana Republic Outlet, $10
Shoes: Ross (and they are going bye bye, they hurt my feet!)
Handbag: Kate Spade

And tonight I started my daughters ruby slippers (for christmas). Although I didn’t get far, I’m wiped out, I had a very busy busy day!!! And a very busy rest of the week! Excited to make French Macarons too.

Until next time,

It’s cooling down! I’m so excited to be able to add cardigans back into my wardrobe. It just makes me feel “finished”. Of course I’ve been in cold buildings all day too.

Cardigan: Kate Spade
Blouse: Banana Republic
Belt: Kate Spade (from my Lawson skirt)
Skirt: Sandee Royalty Hartley Skirt
Shoes: Christian Louboutin Navy Simple 100
Handbag: Kate Spade Maryann

I’m very thrilled about fall as well, as our bible study starts back up, and we have a great study this year:

Y’all know I instagrammed this earlier. I’m excited to see how our group unfolds this fall.

Hope your weekend is fabulous! I’ve had this one off, but still pretty busy. I suppose I am just one of those people who have a hard time sitting still. I admit it, I enjoy being busy. It doesn’t give me time to reflect upon my health issues very much. I’m also trying to eat healthier, I’ve been cutting most sugar out (as much as I can anyway, a baker should taste her work for quality control ya know!), and cooking from scratch more.

Do you plan a weekly menu? Any special dishes you’d like to share? I have 4 hungry boys in my house!

Until next time,

Navy, Yellow & Sparkle!

It was actually a little chilly this morning! And I had meetings all morning (in chilly places), so I got to drag out a cardigan. *twirls*

The Rundown:
Cardigan: Kate Spade
Blouse: Old Navy
Belt: thrift
Skirt: from a friend
Shoes: Strassed Jimmy Choo flats
Handbag: Kate Spade Maryann

Yes, notice my picture? I had someone take it for me. Nice change I think. (not my fireplace though, mine looks like a filing cabinet threw up on it!)

Any lovely plans this weekend? I have a thing tomorrow morning, estimated to work on, and still playing catch up. It’s been a whirlwind few weeks. The kids are settled into school, and I’m getting used to my new schedule. It’s nice to have free time.

Until next time,

Red Shoes

I know, I am ignoring so many sad shoes for my sparkly ones! Of course if what I mentioned yesterday works out, I will have to pull out the non-sparkly shoes!

And I know, I threw this on the other day! I’m a total outfit repeater!!! (granted I only wore it to pickup kids from school)

The Rundown:
Shirt: Target (figured it out from the care tag)
Skirt: Kate Spade
Shoes: Light Siam strassed Jimmy Choo flats
Handbag: Black Kate Spade bag.

I’m so excited for the next few days!

Until next time,

Green & Sparkly

I really like this dress, it’s light, a little short, but being how the skirt is cut, no fly ups! I had forgotten to take a picture this morning, so please excuse the flash. It’s a lovely cool overcast evening! (with a breeze!)

The Rundown:
Dress: Nanette Lepore
Brooch: Vintage
Shoes: Jimmy Choo Strassed Flats

I also lugged around my yellow Kate Spade Maryann bag, but my day was either in the car (kids!) or in my kitchen (200+ cupcakes!).

And then I went outside this evening, and took some pictures. I’m really jazzed up about something amazing that has fallen into my lap. I’m hoping it all works out, it would be amazing!! We shall see.

My shoes outside:

My view: (love this!!!!)

I just love Instagram!!!

Until next time,

Red Day

Of course I had to wear my red shoes again today! *twirls*

The Rundown:
Blouse: Alannah Hill
Skirt: Alannah Hill
Shoes: Light Siam Strassed Jimmy Choo flats

And I carried my black Kate Spade bag(not that anyone saw it, I really didn’t go anywhere exciting today! Just some meetings, and I carry my Eat Cake bag for those!)

I also announced my giveaway winners today!

I have something super amazing planned for my next one. You know, to tease my readers!

Until next time,
